I figured it out myself. This app is really quite extensive and has a lot of options and menus!

Can I add a roast after I have done it, without having to start the roast (and wait 12 minuttes for the clock to run down) in the app?

How about an option to manually log your temp data to moniter your roast.

Perhaps a temp a and temp b curve and an internal probe reading from an inexpensive bbq thermometre?
