It would be great if it would be possible to print or export the results of a single roast or cupping.
I use a print screen if I need to print a curve but it would be more convenient to export it with all the information like beans, roaster, date, outcome and notes...

You can print labels for Beans, Roasts, Blends and Cuppings. That information, though, is pretty basic, and geared toward succinct info to fit on labels.

I will be creating (actually finishing) the export roast feature soon. I plan to export to a tab-delimited text file in the same manner as reports. Is that what you're looking for?

I'm trying to gather info as to how folks would want curves represented. That's a tricky proposition. What I have planned at the moment, is breaking each curves into slices of 15 seconds, and reporting the curve's value at those slices. Then, presenting this info horizontally in rows - 1 for each curve. I could also, of course, make it columns running vertically. Any thoughts?
