Hello, Danny,

I accidentally recorded a roast in Celcius when I meant to use Fahrenheit. Is it possible to convert a finished roast curve from Celcius to Fahrenheit (and vice versa) other than to change each node manually? I tried to do this by editing the curve, but it changes the temp as well as the scale. Example: 100C becomes 100F rather than 100C becomes 212F. Thanks.

Hi Andy

Unfortunately for this situation, no. Most values in Roastmaster are stored in Celsius, and translated based on preferences. Curves, though, store the temps exactly as you enter them. Changing the scale will just affect how it graphs. Sorry - you'll have to edit the nodes.
