Hi, I am setting up phidgets and I have 3 probes. I know in F roughly where 1st crack takes place and my probe is not reading where I want it to. I noticed an offset field under the probes section, but it says offset in C. Maybe a silly question but what would I enter in that field if my probe is reading low and I want to offset it with a certain number of degrees F? Thanks!

Not a silly question at all.
F to C is a 1.8 ratio, so you'd divide the F by 1.8, e.g. if you want your probe to read 4°F higher, you'd enter 2.22, which is 4/1.8.
I've been meaning to put a conversion in that field - I'll try to get that in soon.
