Behmor 1600 Plus and cooling cycle

How are you all managing a manual cool down and/or opening the door during cooling? Are there any ways to enter a forced cooldown marker and/or note the time the door was open?

In the analyzer, you can tap the “Event” button, and enter a time-stamped event marker at points of interest. It’s the button that looks like a thought bubble with a + symbol inside it.

Note: If you have a curve selected when you tap the button, an event will be affixed to the curve. If no curve is selected, it will be affixed to the timeline of the roast itself.
