Is Rate of Rise curve an available feature?

Yes - Roastmaster refers to those as Delta Curves. They are the bottom two curves seen here at 15:40... https://rainfroginc.com/wordpress/documentation/roasting-with-roastmaster-part-4-roast-and-curve-events/

You can enable those globally in Preferences > Analyzer, or two finger tap in the analyzer to toggle them on or off for individual curves.
